Salvatore Croce is a theoretical physicist, data scientist and AI manager, with a professional trajectory that bridges advanced scientific research, European institutions, the consumer goods industry, and digital transformation through artificial intelligence.
He earned a PhD in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics at Durham University, with doctoral research on elastic effects in surface segregation of small molecules in complex polymer mixtures, in collaboration with Procter & Gamble in Schwalbach am Taunus.
He contributed to international scientific publications, including Elasticity dominated surface segregation of small molecules in polymer mixtures in Physical Review Letters.
He has also spoken at science outreach events alongside Nobel laureates and Fields Medalists, including Roger Penrose and Alessio Figalli.
He currently works as an AI Manager, focusing on AI governance, regulatory compliance, data analytics and the design of AI solutions.
In parallel, he cultivates a deep passion for wine and food culture: he is a certified Sommelier (Assosommelier). MyAS is born from the encounter between this passion and his expertise in artificial intelligence.
